how can i return my phone back to nomal phone settyings ,nobody can phone us,there are letters next to the num

next to the dail numbewrs are an alphabeting,now we cant return back to normal phoning.please somebody help us ,wew cant have no phone at home.

take out the batteries, if this phone has any....look for a reset button, or a small hole were you put a pin in to reset!
