AS TIME GO ON YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO MORE START SLOW FOR A WEEK OR TWO AND KEEP GOING UP AS YOU GET STRONGER... DO IT 5 DAYS AND LET YOUR BODY REST DURING THE WEEKEND MAYBE JUST DO SOME JUMPING JACKS

Do crunches, or sit in a strait back chair and sit on edge holding on to the back of chair, straiten legs out in front of you and raise them both up high as you can. Do this as many times as you can.
