Kashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch 165 Cal., 1g Fat for 1 cup
Total Whole Grain 100 Cal. 1g Fat for 3/4 a cup
Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheats 185 Cal 1g Fat for about 25 biscuts.
Fiber One 60 Cal. 1g Fat for 1/2 cup.

Now you can see for your self!! Hope this helped. Oh and if it was me, I'd eat the Kashi!

That depends on what you are looking for. If it's fiber you want, go for Fiber One. It has a lot of fiber, and very little calories. If you want something a little more well rounded, go for the Total Whole Grain cereal. I can bet that the Kashi and Kellogg's both have high amounts of sugar. Look at each nutrition label, and compare them.

I think you should read the labels but it seems like Fiber one or Total Whole grain might be the best

I do really like Kashi products, though
