There are some things you can do to try to fall asleep.
First make sure you have lots of fun during the day,,run around and play alot with your friends. The more active things you do the better!
After dinner, start to slow down, watch t.v. or read. About 2 hours before bedtime, take a very warm bath. Try to follow a schedule like this every day. The bath will calm you and help make you sleepy.
After a couple of weeks, your body will start to get used to the slowing down at night.
Hope this helps!

You should try taking a bath or shower before bed time have a warm milky drink and read a book in bed. And you should not be on here at this time of night. You know you are going to feel awful in the morning and the rest of the day. Goodnight.

well, first you need to get off the computer and tv at least an hour before you wish to go to sleep. This will allow your brain to cool down, and you can have better more refreshing sleep that way too. Also, if you can have your parrents wake you up instead of an alarm clock at this point, you wont jerk out of sleep and will feel a little better as well.

I usaully sleep at 10 and wake at 5, and I'm 13. I advise you to at least sleep at 11 the latest, then you'll get at least 8 hours of sleep. Sleeping late isn't the best, unless its homeework. But for now, start at sleeping at 11, and waking at 7. See how it works. How it works!!

Aside from changing your bedtime, my only advice would be to eat healthy foods and remain active during the day. The energy consumed and spent will help you balance a proper sleep schedule, which will make you less drowsy during the day.

well without drugs the only thing you can do is try going to sleep earlier. try focusing on your breathing my breathing in thourgh your nose and exhaling out your mouth slowly. maybe taking some nyquil before bed would help, but thats if you want to take drugs.
