How long would it take to lose 10 pounds by not counting calories, but watching what I eat, when I eat, and my portions, plus exercising in gym class everyday (5 days a week) plus additional exercise 3-4 days a week. I'm 14 by the way. Thanks if you answer!

Probably about 1-2 months. This is because you aren't doing anything drastic or crazy to your body which is good! You'll also get very very toned and you'll feel a lot better too! Hope this helps you! But if you're only 14, you probably are in good shape anyway and shouldn't have to lose weight! Good luck though in whatever you do!

im 16 and im trying to loose 15 by summer.. i went to fitday.com and they have caluclators to log what you eat and keep track of calories, etc. given that i have about 3 months, it said i need to loose 1 pound a week to reach my goal by summer.... but maybe i will loose more? idk... maybe ur situation is similar..... also run for about 45 mins a day, and do some sit ups or something

good luck to you =]]
