I have natural curly hair and straighten it all the time, so I have definitely tried everything!

It all starts with ur shampoo and conditioner. To get healthy hair, I like to use Dove Sleek and Smooth or Dove Intense Moisture. Then while it's wet, I use Dove Sleek and Smooth cream, and VO5 Straightening Gel (also fights against wear and tear of blow drying and straightening) Then I let my hair airdry for most of the time so I dont always fry it, then blowdry the last few minutes that it needs. After that I just straighten it with a ceramic straightener too. If you want to go the extra mile, you can get Hot Sets hairspray by Redken, and it makes your hair do whatever you want and make it stay straight all day.

This is so strange but I read in Instyle that it works for Jennifer Aniston and I swear by it. Go to the section of the drugstore where they sell products specific to African American hair. Get a product called Olive Oil. It is in a green bottle and is under $5. Use a penny size for shoulder length hair (towel dried). It will make your hair amazing. Be careful not to use too much or your hair will be greasy,

What type of hair do you have now? I use a CHI flatiron with a little bit of a very light misting of Bumble and Bumble hair spray (tall in a blue can) first so that it will flatten out better. I don't use high tech formulas, just a little setting spray helps.

Use Pantene Ice Shine shampoo and conditioner. It really adds shine to my hair, and makes straightening a lot more effective. Also, rinse your hair w/ vinegar once ina while, which really makes it straight and shiny, then shampoo.

Use a silicone based shine serum or glosser after you blow dry but before you flat iron .

separate the hair in 4 sections and apply a fingernail sized amount of glosser on each section before flat ironing.

determine you wash it extremely good, then positioned circumstance in it. determine its advantageous conditioner and not something like VO5. That stuff wont do something for you. and make sure you wash your hair, and then positioned the conditioner in on the begging or your bathe, and permit it sit down in on an identical time as you're looking after your different needs interior the bathe then rinse it out on the "very" end. this might supply it time to soak into your hair fibers and moisten it and all. Then whilst your out, blow dry it on an identical time as brushing it in the present day down with a broom. as quickly because it drys it is going to already be in a user-friendly shape, end it up with a straightener. Any frizz administration gels, or particular gels form issues could be used, do exactly not over do it or it is going to alter the seem you're going for, you prefer it to look like your hair magically continues to be like that without product. additionally, it somewhat is something maximum folk do not point out, yet I continuously use a cloth softener on my hair whilst i'm all carried out. in case you're in a damp environment like Washington state or Florida with humidity it could reason it to frizz, or according to risk there is allot of static electrical energy interior the air. what ever the case is, softener will do the allure. purely fold it in 0.5 and slide it in the present day down out of your area down so some distance as you may go. ;) good success, wish that works. =)
