My fingers swell painfully when I walk. It is not only unsightly it is painful and I can't open my water bottle even. Whats going on?

Your arms swing down at your sides. This influences the lymph to pool in your fingers and hands. At the same time, you are not contracting the large muscles of your hands and arms to move the lymph back along to the rest of the body.

Exercise your arms and hands while you walk. Tighten your forearms and biceps.
