I had an interesting chat with a friend the other day. I'd commented how I think Now & Laters, and Laffy Taffy, are both some of the most disgusting candies I've tasted. They taste like fake rancid chemicals to me, for lack of a better description! *chuckle*
My friend, on the other hand, said he really likes both types of candy, which got me thinking -- maybe the taste of Now & Laters and Laffy Taffy is akin to the herb cilantro: either you LOVE it or you HATE it.
How about you folks? :) For the record, I don't generally mind the taste of artificial flavors. But there's just something almost toxically foul in the way these 2 candies taste to me!! :[

Laffy Taffy I love just not the banana! If you only tried the banana that just ruined for you! Try strawberry.

now and laters is too hard to chew. Laffy taffy is ok. But dam, get some of that salt taffy stuff and I'll be in heaven

only had laffy taffy some flavors arent bad but the banana makes me want to gag

now and laters are way to hard and the paper always sticks to them I've never had one because i don't have the patients to eat them. and laughy taffy never tastes like the flavor they are supposed to be. like banana taste like medicine

I love these two candies. Ate them when i was a kid and still do. But i prefer the now&laters. (grape is best).

Im with you.........they are awful..............the now & laters are hard.........and Laffy Taffys are too greasy
