The Cubans arrived on day two of a training exercise to test "Operation Vigilant Sentry," the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's plan to halt a possible mass migration from the Caribbean. About 325 agents from 85 federal, state and local law enforcement agencies took part in the exercise, which ended on Thursday.
"We're not embarrassed at all," McDonald said. "It's not uncommon for them (Cubans) to have landings."

Well I have to give them credit for ingenuity and creativity . A big thumbs down for the Coast Guard. And the nudist camp invasion was just damn funny. wrong but funny..Sometimes you cant see the forests for the trees.

How funny is that! What a joke... At the end of the day if people want to get in they will. I do also think they were really embarassed but hey tomorrow is another day and another potential, imaginary boat load of people to stop. Lol.
