Most cruise lines offer transfers for an additional price, I would recommend taking them as they do protect you if you have flight delays etc.

Good luck

I guess you need a shuttle to take you from the airport to the piers on 3.18. Right?

Well, if that is your question I am sorry to tell you that there are no shuttles between the airport and the piers. Your only and solely option will be to take a taxi. The airport is about 15 min away from the piers and the fare it's going to be around $25. But, be aware that they will charge you for every extra person and every piece of luggage.

Sometimes the cruise ship company offers you to transport the luggage and you when you book your package, you may want to contact them and verify that.

In the other hand you will see people around the baggage claim area wearing bright orange shirts... they are part of Puerto Rico Welcomes You Program and can give you a "voucher" with a flat rate to give to the taxi driver.
Enjoy your cruise!

There is no shuttle service.
Most cruise ship passengers just take a cab to the ship for about $20 dollars. Its about 15 minutes away if no traffic.
Other people combine the transfer with a tour and they contact the tourist board tour endorsed companies at www.puertoricoplanner.com click on sightseeing and then on expert.
