Cilantro! I know it sounds weird but it really does work. It is a natural breath freshener. Besides mouth wash and gum, this is the most effective and natural way to get rid of any bad breath. Gum only lasts temporarily to get rid of bad breath. Just a few leaves of cilantro should do the trick!

Chew some fresh mint or parsley if thats not convinient for u try some extra strong mints or gum for the day xo

2--3 peices of gum at once will get rid of the stench most times, but use minty gum not the kind that has sweet flavors...
