well its because when you have caffine you feel really hyper and your body wants to keep moving but when the caffine runs out in your body your body is so tired it just makes you fall

It sends enzymed into your body making you really active and hyper. Once you've exhausted all those enzymes your back to your normal self except you'll feel like you just ran a marathon. Which you might have if your were on a sugar high!

It act as a hormone to many different cells in the body.
Brain - can be easily converted to one of the neurotransmitter which usually activate body functions
Kidney - can act as a hormone enhancing urine production
Brain stem - block the hormone which absolves water in our body
Heart - can set the heart beat faster by changing calcium ion level, which heart muscle rely on contraction
