Chakki-> It's the stone grinder, where u have to mannually apply force to grind the grains.

Atta-> flour

(both r terms in hindi).

It just explains that the flour is a natural one...

I've always liked your Bharti brand but I couldn't find a US distributor. I had a $250 Rensel 1/4 HP that would grind 12lbs/hr but I bought a $450 1/2 HP Lee that grinds 24 lbs/hr. It comes with steel cutting stones for coarse grinding 50 lbs. of animal feed or corn meal per hour. If you're just doing a small amount, Wonder makes a good hand crank mill for about $150 but I'm sure India makes something similar for a lot less money.. RScott

Boil 1glass of water.Add sugar-2teaspoons.Add 1 cup of atta (wheat flour).Mix & cook for 4 mins. Add some ghee while cooking & serve hot.
