I would. If you were friends with her first & you're not close with him, definately. Wouldn't you want to know? I would. If I had a friend that didn't tell me & I foundout later, I'd think she wasn't that good of a friend since she didn't tell me.
Some girls will get mad at you when you tell them, but if she has any common sense eventually she'll realize that you did her a favor.

Yes tell her what you saw, also expect that your friend might get mad and not accept what you tell her but don't worry because that is just the hurt feelings that are talking and NOT your friend

If anything you should tell your friend.. No matter what happen you should always protect your friend, so call her up now and tell her exactly whats going on.... Because, what if he's messing around on her, then later give her stds..? so, do her a favor by telling her now....

no, but try and find out when he is or will be around a particular place with someone else and take your friend with you so she can see for her self thats not tellings her thats showing her without her knowledge.
