First of all you didn't ask your adviser. 1- Kalash stands for heart and holy water for Amrut or Amrit. 2- You said you know Lakshmi well, good. Gaja means Elephant, a royal chariot (for Lakshmi holder). 3- Dharmavaram means acceptance of Dharm (religion), devoted. It is in Andhra pradesh from where you can go to Puttaparthi (Satya Sai Baba's place). 4- Shivaya means to Shiva, "ya" means to. But broadly speaking, to gather with Shiva in his human welfare service.

"Vishw Paramaatmaa Parivaar".
