I'm looking for a good adware removal software. Are there any other free ones out there that don't require you to register or purchase that work better than aw-aware by lavasoft????

I am surprised you are having difficulty. Did you update your adware defintiions?
If so, and it still isn't working try avast which is virus protection and spy ware

It may not be Spyware. It may be a virus or Trojan. Scan your system with an anti virus program.
Try going through your Add/Delete Programs and see if there is something there that you do not recognize. Before you uninstall the program, do a little research on it.
Also, try clearing out your internet history and cache...

If your'e using windows operating system you can download Windows Defender free from the Microsoft website. Free download and free to use and it works great.
