I want to know what kiwifruits grow on. It's just on of those stupid things nobody ever thinks about. You don't realize you don't know it until you think about it.

I have hardy kiwi vines that grow fruit... they need a sturdy trellis to support them, said to best in part sun, they don't cling but weave themselves threw the support...

I think that it is a vine until it gets really big, and then it's tree-like.
