You are heavy for your weight. 5'2 and thirteen should be around 105- 120 pounds. You may still be growing taller, but even if you make it to, say 5'5" and maintain that weight, you will still be too heavy. Carrying that much weight around at such a young age lays you open to Type 2 Diabetes at a young age. You may already be in a pre-diabetic condition.

If possible, walk to school and at lunch time walk four laps around the track.

Cut back on all the junk food temptations presented to you at school and at home. Eat fresh veggies and fruits. Eat WHOLE GRAIN breads and pastas.

Have your parents sign you up with a nutritionist and make sure they go with you so they can learn how to cook proper meals. My guess is you've been eating poorly all your life and your diet has been full of bread and empty surgary calories.

You need to SAVE YOUR HEALTH now while you are still young. The last thing you want is to be shooting yourself with insulin by the time you're thirty. Loose and control your weight and you can delay or maybe even prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes for a good long while.

And if after loosing more weight (congrats on what you've accomplished) and you are still top heavy, you can consider breast reduction surgery. But that should only be done after you have finished growing.

Good Luck!

Well, let's just say that I'm 5'2'', and 114 pounds....you need to eat healthier foods and exercise. try going for a walk or bike ride everyday for 1 hour, and don't forget to eat vegetables, and fruits! NO junk food, and absolutely NO SODA!!!!! NO CANDY!!!! This is a serious matter, your health is in danger...just do this, and you will be fine. Just make sure you tell your parents about your decision, whatever it may be! Good LUCK!

Well at 5'2" that is overweight but don't be discouraged because if you start changing your habits (eating and exercising) now then you won't have to be overweight your whole life. so start researching healthy ways to lose the weight and go for it!!!

13? Better burn it off before you're 18, better to burn it off before 16 if you want to have friends in high school. Try to get to 120-130.
