im a 12 year old girl and 5'4. currently im 120 pounds but in the summer i weighed 95 pounds sense i ran an hour every day

Please do not be a slave to society. I think you are at a healthy weight for your height! If you are worried, continue to eat health and exercise. You are still young and will still grow. =))

ure weight is fine hun ..once u get taller ( since ure only 12 and u will grow) u will grow into ure body and eventually lose weight as long as u eat healthy
dont worry about ure weight right now. u are a kid and u should be enjoying life

Here a site to find your body mass index, this is your recommended weight....And don't stress over it too much, you will get taller and that will help as well, but keep up the exerciese because that is really good for you!

You are growing up........your weight is going to change.
at this point in your life you can not compare yourself
to yourself last summer. 120 sounds about right.

Just stay active, eat right and you shouldnt get fat.

dont listen to that jerk, your weight is perfectly fine infact your underweight! go back to running though its great for the heart
