I'm just looking for a nice guy I can spend time with. Although it would be nice to have a boyfirend I never pressure a guy to get into a relationship. I can't even get 2 that point. I don't know what is wrong with guys in my age range (21-25). The same thing happends to me every time. A young man approaches me and tells me he's interested and If I find him attractive I give him my number. We talk for about a week or so then he stops calling me. When I call him he says his busy or just won't answer. I'm wondering did I do or say something wrong. I just end up disappointed everytime . The only guys that do call me are the guys I'm not attracted 2 and I don't think that I should have 2 settle. I dont know if its about sex but If I have known a guy for a while and he seems nice I would be more than happy 2 give it up. We never seem 2 make it that far. I just want 2 meet a nice attractive young man who is not going 2 lose interest in me after 2 weeks.

I only date black and latino men (not that there's anything wrong with men of other races i'm just not attracted 2 them).

!st off if they lose interest within two weeks, thats not ur fault.
2nd sounds like those guys just dont care or dont see the good person in you. 2nd I just want to ssy dont thoink that all guys want sex and that the only reason that they are in a relationship. 4th it shouldnt matter about attractiveness, if they like you should at least get to know them before judging

Wow i have the same issue i guess...i always wondered why too b/c i never have a problem getting guys attention or interest...it was keeping it that was the problem. But in all honesty i realized that i have a lot going for me right now. Im doing really good in college and have had a steady job for several years now. Im very independent and i think thats what scares guys off. I think it could be related to ur situation in that im dating the same age group. Sometimes guys can find it intimidating. On another note i have a select type of guy i date and i think that needs to change to, its good to be open minded and date guys who might not fit your physical standards but might meet your standards as far as goals and similarities etc b/c no one is gonna b your perfect guy and by cutting out a few you could b missing out on the ONE. but good luck ;)

Well Michelle, I think that it has to do with the lind of man that you attract, and also the age range could be a factor. Men in that age range usually are not ready for a solid relationship. I myself is 32 years old (well I will be on the 15th) and I am in that stage where I am looking for someone to settle down with. I find it easier for me to date women that are younger than me, but have there focus on the right path. I totally understand where you are coming from. I have the same thing happen to me on several occasion, but I do not let it break my spirit. Hang in there it will happen, and most of all do not be discourage.

Hope is the last thing that dies. I tell myself that if i am patiend & learn to wait that eventually he will come into my life & everything will be as I expected. It is hard to stay on track will all the temptations out there & so easy to cont committe to one person but the truth is ur cheating ur self if u don't want a relationship.

Good Luck.

it might sound dorky, but try to meet guys in a library, book store, coffee shop, or other place of that nature. stay away from bars and clubs, thats where guys who want a piece of *** hang out.
