There are several sites where you can "talk" to a Dr. via email, but you pay a set amount for a question/answer. If you think that you (or someone you know) has ADHD, you need to see a Psychiatrist in person. If your diagnosis is correct, any effective meds MUST be hand written monthly with no refills (as most of them are controlled substances). Don't trust internet "Dr's or diagnoses" as many of them are nothing but scams.

You did not specify if ADHD is your problem or your childs problem, or if you know that either has it. So if it is any of the above, I would first try one thing. Ginkgo Biloba, an alternative medicine found in any health store, may give the person relief from this situation. It is all natural and if it was good for our grandparents it is good for us.
