Prolonged dizziness can be caused by an assortment of things, but if it was a one time incident it is more than likely nothing to worry about. It could be an minor ear infection, stress or fatigue from your personal life, or vertigo.

You can get antibiotics for ear infection from your local pharmacy. If stress or fatigue is the problem, find a way to slow down and relax, if you can. Regardless of the answers you may recieve here see a doctor or medical professional if it happens again!

Could be your blood pressure. Next time you are dizzy try and see if there is anyway to take your blood pressure.

It may be one of the following: inner ear problem, sinus problems or dehydration. you should see a doctor asap

You could be liquid deprived and/or food deprived. I suggest that you call your local doctor and ask the receptionist, they usually are versed in medical jargon and whatnot.

Could be from lack of sleep, lack of food, and/or lots of stress. Could also be from low blood pressure, low blood count (anemic), or lack of oxygen to the brain. If this persists, please go see a doctor.

it could be something to do with your inner ear ,you should go and see your doctor .you may have to take tablets for a while .
