Here's an easy harmless prank..

If you/your parents have a video camera, record the bathroom when it's empty. Chances are, you'll only need to record it for a few minutes. On a day when you have friends over and if he goes to the restroom, pop the tape in and have everyone start laughing. The more people laughing the better. When he comes out of the bathroom he'll see a tape of the empty bathroom and he'll think everyone was watching.

and if you have one of those spray hoses by your sink, get a clear rubber band and hold the handle thing down with it and point it towards the most likely place he would stand when using the sink, works every time ^_~
