ive been eating healty for the past 4 days ive had special k for breakfast, pasta for lunch and a bit of stew fo dinner and drink water throughout the day. ive seen no signes of slimming actually i think i am gaining weight i need to lose 3 pounds in a week i have reduced by calorie intake by around 200-500 calories.what should i do.?

Increase you exercise...do at least 30 mins each day. It does not have to be gym based...a good fast walk, swimming, jogging and at home exercises (such as a dance workout) are all effective. It will raise your metabolism and use up energy to help the weight loss.

Maybe you should ask yourself if you really do NEED to loose that weight. It could endanger your health depending on what weight you are now. But... you won't lose weight by eating that crappy stuff. By all means eat healtheir but don't cut down your calorie intake. The most effective (and quickest) way of loosing weight is a balanced diet and regular exercise. But since you want to loose weight quick go for a run every day in the next week or something. Or even just a walk could do the trick.

Looks like you're eating a lot of sugar and simple carbs (milk, cereal, pasta), which make it really hard to lose weight due to the insulin spikes.
I suggest ditching the Special K and having boiled eggs and whole grains for breakfast. Replace pasta with lean meats, vegetables and whole grains. Stew for dinner sounds fine, but ease off the potatoes and carrots.. and also cut back on rice, bread, white-flour products. Good luck!

do cardio ,lift weight ,go running.something to keep your heart pumping can help.burn more calories than what you eat.i can help a little with the cereal,try "kashi GO LEAN Crunch Cereal,its healthier and great in taste instead of the special k,you can do the same with kashi.good luck and dont eat after 6:00pm.

cut out the pasta and special k... too much carbs.
i recommend eggwhites, oatmeal, grilled chicken, grilled fish, vegetables steamed. and work out..cardio at least one hour six times a week. and throw in weight training three times a week. good luck. you want to do high protein and low carb.

just be patient result want show over night you need at least 7days of diet +exercise to see result. Calories consumption it should be 1200cal a day.

One word,EXERCISE!It feels good to eat healthful foods while working out.If that doesn't work,I don't know what will.P.S.If you have friends or family,have them go to the gym or arobics with you.I hope I helped.
