my boyfriend is such a sweety but he is not quiet a MAN yet. what can i nicly do to get him there without beeing bossi and tell him what to do??? how can i get him to do those things a womens likes, such as surprises and stuff../????

Usually its a age thing and a guy won't do it untill he just thinks of it. But what i can recommend is this. offer surprises to him, then he will want to make you feel special and give surprises to you =)

Katrin... you are about to start the war of the sexes, you want a guy to be like you want and that is not going to happen, the
kid is who he is, how do you feel if he tries to change you
and tell you to loosen up, "do not be so uptight" "you behave like an old woman" I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it at all,
if what he is is not enough for you leave him but do not try to
turn him in what he is not and can't be, your lives will be misse

I hate to say this hun, but you can't. A person mature's on their own. You can suggest things, and maybe give hints here or there, but maturity is something that comes with age and experience. Also, boys take longer to mature than women. That's why I always date older men :)

Unfortunately you can't make someone grow up and be a man. It takes time. You should not be afraid to ask for what you need from a relationship though. Say something like, "I've always wanted someone to do this for me". Make sure he knows that you appreciate what he does do for you already though and don't take him for granted.

anytime he does anything that could slightly be considered sweet or surprise like, make it a big deal about how much you like it and keep bring up how much you liekd it. then he'll get the idea that you liek it when he does stuff like that and he might get bigger with it. good luck!

you can talk to him and express your concerns, but other than that... i think you should just let him be who he really is. sooner or perhaps much later in life he'll mature, but it's not really your place to tell him when that should take place.
