my mom got a radar thing for her car, and it says its made of lead and can cause cancer? how is that? is it when you touch it inside or outside. im so confused about that and i dont want to be scared of touching it because it give you cancer. help...me and explain please.

I never heard that, I heard it causes neurological damage in growing children's developing brain, that is why they banned lead based paint and Gasoline

It sounds like you read a tag that is mandated by the california nuts. Lead can get in your blood stream just by coming in contact with it. The good news is that the amount required to make a difference is almost impossible to come in contact with. You would almost have to work in a lead factory and have it for lunch.
