Of COURSE the government has the right to make raids on those that break immigration law.

It is a FEDERAL CRIME which needs to be ENFORCED!

The government does not have an imagination or sense of humor.

They do have the right to make immigration raids and throw the illegal aliens out of the country.We can only hope they continue to do so with increasing frequency.

Don't know about imagination raids, but they can do immigration raids. And should do more.

Yes, but they only do it for show. At ten thousand dollars per offense, they could erase the national debt just by inspecting fast food restaurants.

I think they have the right to look for criminals that are not doing any good to our society. However, I don't agree for them to leave the kids of the immigrants behind. Its going to cost more money in taking care of these kids than issuing the right papers to the parents for them work. But, I guess the government sees it as they are here illegal and lets get them out! without thinking that they could benefit better to keep them and have them pay the government people salaries! My opinion!.

I don't know of any law that says they can't pretend to make raids. I can't figure out why they would want to except maybe for training.

Of course, if the evidence shows the immigrants are illegal. Otherwise, it would be another unfriendly publicity.
