One faint glimmer of hope: MLB is giving In Demand and Dish Network a chance to get in on the action, only if they match DirecTV's offer for Extra Innings.

Since the same people at In Demand and Dish Network thought that MLB's initial demands were too high (Offer The Baseball Network at basic tier instead of premium or sports tier), I think you're screwed.
