my cat lays on his back, it is so weird. plus he is fat and it is funny does yours do this. Plus he spreads his legs. it is so weird.

My cat has always laid on her back to sleep.
The stomach is the most vulnerable spot on any creature when they sleep with it exposed it means they have absolute trust in there environment.
Well done your kitty trusts you and your home.

My cat sleeps on his back with his legs spread like this. I guess it must be comfy... at least he looks like it :)
My dog also sleeps like that while my friends dog and cat won't even lay down like that. Guess they all prefer different things just like us.

Cats will only sleep like that if they feel totally safe and comfortable. Take it as a compliment

honey, I would suggest reading this book called HOW TO LIVE WITH A NEUROTIC CAT it answered alot of questions I had about my strange cat. It's also quite humorous..

YES both of my cats do it as a matter of fact one of them is lying on her back right now sleeping on her chair typical cat! you have to admit they are cute when when they do it.

My cat does this also. It's her way of showing that she's comfortable where she is. It doesn't mean your cat is weird.

My cat does it too. His belly is chubby and the fur is soft and white and when he lies like that I just have to give his belly a good tickle.

I have a couple of cats that do this. Its one of the ways that your kitty shows that he is comfortable in his surroundings.

my boy socks is pretty weird he does that when he is sleeping sometimes he just passes out and the way he sleepes is so funny
