There's this guy who tells me that he really, really likes me and he's always going out of his way to do things for me and tells me that he thinks I'm beautiful/cute/other such things, I'm funny, smart and stuff like that. He tells his friends this too.
But he also says stuff to me like, "Hey sexy," and he told me that he thinks, "I'm the cutest girl in the school" and once I was talking about how I hated one-pieces and only liked two-pieces and he said, "To show your stuff, huh?"
I don't know, it's confusing. Does he like me or just the way I look.

Just because he comments on your looks doesn't mean that he only likes you for your looks. You know, lots of girls LIKE to be complimented on their looks... it makes them feel good. And these comments made by the guy are not gross, or oversexualizing, or making you sound like a piece of meat. Don't read into it so much.

He is reacting to your questions in a way to complement you. He thinks by telling you about your body you will take it as a complement and you will be happier. Look if you really wanna know ask him whats the "2nd best thing about me" If he says your eye's or your smart, anything like that then hes for real.

Sounds like both but if you want to REALLY find out this is what I would recommend.
Get to know his friend on a personal level. Ask them questions and if they answer with results you did not expect then sometimes you have a clincher. But you do not have enough proof so another thing to do is start wearing 2 pieces and other stuff he said you would look good in. Then you will truly know by his reaction and by what he will start to tell his friends.

Well I'm a girl but I think that a guy should like you in and out, it sounds that this is also how he feels about you. Maybe he likes everything about you not one or the other, if he says nice things to his friends about you like you say than I highly doubt that he is just in it for your body, sounds like he respects you in and out and you should enjoy having someone like him!

really your looking to much into this.....he probibly just likes your body and wants to get some thats every guys motive, learn while your young and you'll be good to go for life, they guys that stick around when you dont put out are the keepers..
try this test.....close your eyes and ask him what color your eyes are....he he says the right color he likes you for you if he says the wrong color, he just wants some...it never fails!

Probably both... usually people are attracted to people's looks first and then decide if they also like them as a person or not.

Seems to me like he likes you and is doing everything to get your attentiona nd your all confused. He really likes you for you and your body, too. SO don't let him get away because later you just might regret it.

Well most guys like girls because of girls body's but maybe this guy likes you for everything like your body and your personnality but try to figure what he really likes you for
