Yeah, I know this sounds gross but i can't get over this. I'm very attracted to girl's feet. Ever time i see a girl in flip flops, and thier feet looks really nice, I have the feeling to want to tickle and rub thier feet. I guess you can call it a foot fetish. I want to tell girls that i want to tickle and rub their feet. But they might think i'm werid and never talk to me again. I just want to met a girl that is ok with this kind of stuff.

It definately sounds like you have a thing for feet...I know, I do too. There's nothing wrong with your desires. They're more common than you might think. Most guys just won't admit to it because it's not mainstream. I read somewhere that probably around 10% of the male population has some kind of foot orientation.
That being said, most girls respond favorably to a foot massage. This is a very intimate touch and must be approached in a proper way and setting. Don't just grab her ankle and start tickling. Suggest a foot massage and gently tickle to test for response. If you compliment a girl on her feet while you'r massaging you'll usually score. Be true to yourself and your partner and be honest about your desires. There's nothing wrong with any expression of desire with a willing partner. Some girls won't appreciate your orientation, but trust me, there are plenty who will.

Your right it would sound wierd. At least off the bat. I mean, if i am hanging out with a guy and he just tickles my feet without saying anything, I wouldn't mind. in fact, I think it would be cute. And i would NEVER turn down a foot rub.
However, it depends on the girl. If they are flirting with you, then maybe it's okay to do. If it's just somebody you met, I would wait a little bit. I mean, there's nothing wrong with a foot fetish. Telling someone you really like their feet desn't seem like a big deal to me.
