how to remove windows hotfix in my add and remove program?

i opened my add and remove prgrams i found these windows hotfix sp1 and much more windows hotfix sp2 how can i remove all these windows hotfix
please i need your help

Just uncheck the Show Updates box at the top. Your hotfixes will not show then but will still be in your system.
