I know Christians the prosper and help others and are very humble but many Christians I know struggle with a lot of trials and it seems that every time they get back up again they get knocked down again. I know this world is not our home, but if God speaks in his word about sin being wrong and bad like sexual sin and not loving your neighbor, The Bible speaks of great consequences about these things my question is why do people who practice these things prosper in this world and not have a care in the world, why do people act like wrong is right and right is wrong? I know of a couple who moved in together while the man was still only separated from his first wife and till this day this couple feels that they have done nothing wrong.........................yet they prosper materially and are doing well while God fearing people I know are going thorugh hell just to get through the day. This question has bothered me for a long time on why the wicked prosper so I just though I would ask.

If someone's done things that cause harm and suffering, it'll catch up with them in this life or the next... the result is ALWAYS bigger than the seed sown.

You have to realize that people of all faiths and even no faith go through "hell" at some point in their lives. Material prosperity does not equal a happy life. You don't know that they don't have a care in the world - money and a practiced "happy face" can hide worlds of pain.

If you're looking for rewards for being good, then you've completely lost the purpose behind being "good," whatever that means to you.

Your energy would be better spent looking for ways to enrich your own life, rather than picking apart the lives of others.

God may overlook sinful ignorance for a season, but He will arise at last to bring every deed, every word, every thought into judgment. When Jesus comes in His glory, all the nations will be gathered before Him. Books will be opened. Every human being in every nation which has ever been will be judged. In that day, every evil person will give an account. Those outside of Christ will spend eternity making restitution.

Because the wicked will do anything for money no matter if it is righteous or if it abuses others.

Many people climb the latter of success on the backs of others. It is not in the character and nature of a Christian to behave that way.

particularly those those that are putting forward a nil is the worst you have gotten are ineffective incorrect. those with a nil credit are those that have no credit (undesirable or good). somebody with something on their credit checklist are going to have a score of a minimum of 350. somebody that has a nil credit can get a considerable value own mortgage. All they'd do is stumble on a private mortgage corporation employer that does coaching manual underwriting.

Well those who truly believe are supposed to be tested. Like the story in the bible, Job, i think it is. he was a loyal and faithful servant of God. The Devil spoke to God and said that he was only loyal and faithful because he had all the things that made him happy. God took away his family and his land and possessions and he remained loyal after wards. I mean if you think about it, and you believe, some of the worst things imaginable happen to his son. He was mocked, jailed, and tortured. Its all about testing your faith. If you put up with terrible things that life throws at you and still remain faithful, you will be rewarded in Heaven

Good question!

God never promises a good or easy life on earth for Christians and even says that those who live a hard life are more "blessed" than those that live an easy life.

Matthew 5:3-12
"Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called sons of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
---

Notice the last line... rejoice and be glad... great is your reward...

Also, please realize that you can't judge a heart. God is forgiving and just because people do things wrong, it doesn't make them "bad" people or wrong with God or anything. God is loving and cares for them just as much as you or me! So we should rejoice that they are still being blessed in whatever ways they are and ask God to continue to work in their lives in a positive way that will help them to see His overwhelming love for them and have them respond the same way!!

It's because god doesn't exist.
I know that's not what you want to hear, but that's why...
People suffer trials and tragedies in this life because the universe is indifferent to suffering. It is up to us as human beings to help each other and ourselves.
No one else is going to make life better...

to materially prosper is not the meaning of life, you should not be jealous of the wealth that can be built through greed. instead you should see them for what they are, they are people who sacrificed what is moral and good in themselves to attain things. you should pity people who value 'things' above sharing and caring. in these cases of heartlessness, their wealth is their constant reminder of what they take from others, it is their punishment.

Before we were ever born, when we lived with God (Jeremiah 1:5) Many people approached God and ask if He would perfect them in this life. This is what trials do if we let them...they perfect us. this is what happend to Job, Ghandi, Jesus and others. He will perfect you as well if you ask Him to.
