I've got left over ribs, cauliflower, green onions, rice, cream cheese, coleslaw, sunflower seeds and diced tomatos, any idea what I should make for dinner?

You can make a very unusual fried rice!

Cut the meat off of your ribs, make sure your rice is good and cold. Then heat up some oil (you dont happen to have any oyster sauce or anything asian? sounds wierd, but it totally makes the flavor) in a wok or large saute pan, then dump on your ribs, onions, rice, and diced tomatoes, and anythign else that might be good in there. Maybe an egg? If your seeds are hulled, toss those in too! I guess you can save your cream cheese for your bagel tomorrow morning, and just dump the coleslaw because thats jsut nasty.

Whatever you do, don't mix any of that together. It doesn't sound like a very good combination. What kind of rice do you have? You could mix the tomatoes and green onions in your rice with some garlic and chicken broth. Cream cheese is good with nacho cheese doritos but I really don't know what to do with leftover ribs besides eat them. there's really not enough meat on them to scrape it off to put in anything else. Throw some cheese sauce on top of your cauliflower or make a dip out of the cream cheese, keep your cauliflower cold and fresh and just dip it in the cream cheese dip. As for the coleslaw- make one of those sandwiches I see on foodtv all the time. Cut the meat off the ribs (if it even makes enough for a sandwich) and put it on a sub roll with coleslaw. Give the sunflower seeds to the birds.

That sounds like good soup. Heat broth or water in a pan Throw in the ribs, cauliflower green onions and rice. Cook until heated and serve. Use the sunflower, and diced tomato's and cream cheese as toppings. and coleslaw as a cold side dish.

Using those ingredients....I bet you could combine the cauliflower, green onion, rice, and cream cheese and bake it. You may want to add a little milk or even mayo is good to add to cauliflower when you plan on baking it. How long you bake it will of course depend on if your ingredients are cooked already or not. You could also sprinkle the seeds on top. As far as the diced tomatoes go...well I guess you could add them in, or saute them and serve them on top of the cauliflower casserole, but I probably wouldn't. But I am also that that big on tomatoes.

Then just heat up your ribs on the grill and pull the slaw out of the fridge.

Hope this gives you some more ideas!

Set the ribs aside. Take everything else and put it in a blender until smooth. set that aside.

In a bowl, beat one or two eggs with two tablespoons of flour.
Add the stuff from the blender and mix.

Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes. It's like veggie cake.

Cut squares from the baked cake, set on a plate, add warmed ribs on the side.
