the verb is : venio,veni,venitus(veniti=plural), venire.

(the) Welcome = Salutatio (Sah-lou-tàh-tsee-oh)
Welcome (you/he/she) = Salve (Sàhl-veh)
Welcome (you/they) = Salvete (Sahl-vèh-teh)
Latins didn't use 'you are' in this greeting.
