There is a guy that i like and he is really nice and he ALWAYS stares at me and when people ask him if he likes me he will change the subject or just blush and walk away and he smiles at me and everytime i look at him he blushes and i want to tell him i like him but what if he doesnt like me and im also afraid to tell him

It sounds like this guy really does like you! I would tell him, what do you have to lose? Then you won't have to wonder about it and if he doesn't like you move onto the next guy you won't be wasting any more time. GOOD LUCK!!!

yes he likes you and hes shy. I would just hang around with him, and wait for him to make the first move. It will happen eventually, just be patient. You could always be more assertive but in my experience it is better playing hard to get for a bit and the first stages of a relationship are nice (the butterflies in the stomach bit) and sometimes it may ruin it if you rush into the relationship. but of course everyones different, But Im 99% certain he likes you. Don't be scared! I wish more girls would come up to us shy guys and tell us so it would make it easier on us. Crap it takes alot of courage to go up to girl and get rejected. That is why I am asking my current question of does she like me.
It is kinda obvious that he likes you if he blushes all the time.
So don't e scared. Plus he may even never approach you even though he may like you alot.

Don't be scared!! What is the worst that could happen?? He says he doesn't feel the same way and then you are no worse off than you are now. Just take a chance, if it works out...GREAT if it doesn't work out, at least you'll know where you stand. Otherwise you'll just always wonder "what if".

Just walk up to him and ask him to go to lunch or a drink after work or something.
I just don't understand what is wrong with people these days. It seems face-to-face communication is unheard of anymore.

if he blushes when he is around you, there is a sign he likes you and if you ask him if he likes you, and turns red "wink "wink. good luck. i have the same probelm, i can't even talk to the guy i like so you should be lucky.
