I am 15 years old, 5"4, and 95 pounds.
How many pounds do I need to lose?

She doesn't need to lose any, thats underweight but I'm not going to tell you to gain any.

None. You need to gain weight. I'm 17 yrs old, 5'6", and 130 lbs. I'm an athlete and I'm a stick. If I can maintain this weight and still be as skinny as I am, then everything is just right. Gain weight, you are not at a healthy weight and it will begin to show.

You do not need to lose any pounds. That weight is low..even if your are small boned. I would suggest that you gain some weight. About 15 pounds.

For a healthy weight I would assume you need to add about 5 to 20 lbs to your frame.
