Mederma is available without a prescription from most drugstores. I've never used it but it's been around for a long time and has a good reputation. See the website below for more information.

a product called SCARZONE made by SUDDEN CHANGE-I've tried mederma, but this product worked better for me.(two c-sections)

mederma is excellent..it's expensive but it's worth it and over the counter.
