When everything is going well and then you see your success slowing down to a very low roar after a few weeks?

Don't weigh yourself. Sometimes the scale can be misleading because it's taking your fluids into account, and your body weighs more/less at different times during the day. It becomes discouraging really fast. Just keep doing whatever you're doing in terms of watching what you eat, exercise, etc. but maybe step up the exercise a lil bit and you will find yourself sailing right past that plateau. You will notice the progress in the way your clothes fit.

i look at model pictures and i say to myself i can be just like then and i go for it ,excersise is not hard at all ,only if you always say i cant.try and say to yourself i can and dont fall down and let your self go.you can also buy clothes a size smaller so you can get motivated and try to fit in it .good luck
