I hate when people ask questions that are obviously attention getters... (not yours...that one is fine...)
Some of these questions are just unbelievable!!!!

Dishonesty. Not the kind that protects your feelings but outright lies. If people said what they meant and stuck to what they said the world be would so much better.

Don't say you will call if you won't.
Don't say we should be friends if you really mean lets never talk again.
Don't say "lets get together sometime" when you never want to see the person again.

all those kind of things simply save you feeling uncomfortable and give the other person hope that will eventually be shattered and leave them feeling worse than had you just said the truth. (in a kind way)

This goes for everyone, not just people in dating situations. We need to all be more honest and start thinking about the other person not simply thinking of a way to get out of something without feeling uncomfortable.

Be strong, face up to things and tell the truth.

Hello! One of my pet peeves is having to buy pens for people to write their own checks with. As a cashier I have to provide pens for my use as well as these customers who have more money than me. Why should I have to spend my hard earned money for someone with more resources to write a check when he/she should have the fortitude and foresight to have a pen ready to go. I had a couple of gals put my pen in their mouth. Gracious! Another pet peeve is when I've told someone something 2-3 times and they still don't get it. One last pet peeve I'll share is women drivers talking on their cellphone while driving. I nearly got hit twice in short sequence by such women. The last one looked me dead in my eyes and still didn't see me. Just being real.

My pet peeve is people who let their kids eat any and every kind of junk food/candy available and don't care that they're enormously fat and will be made fun of and have health problems for the rest of their obese lives.

Oh, and long sentences with no punctuation whatsoever. ;-)

soup slurpers, people always coughing (at least 10 times in a minute), people who have to drink every last drop at the end of a cup (through a straw), (myself) drawing on a chalk board, super-morbidly obese people, people who accuse me of getting mad when I'm not mad (It gets me mad ><), repeating myself too many times (sometimes), people who engage in a conversation they know nothing about, yet they do it to fit in, rolling backpacks, uncontrollable children, technology addicts (like cell phone and i-pod craze), bad house-guests, hypocrytes, wearing wet clothing for a very long time, being in certain asian markets for too long (the music and uncleanliness), smokers, when people put their feet on me, and when people think they are so good at something even though they aren't...

...that's pretty much it. Actually, I think there are more...

The big ones:
Micromanagement, yes, I'm talking to you, boss.
People that interrupt incessantly
People that have to be the center of attention at all times

Mine would be the fact that I can't scream randomly in a public place without attracting negative attention.

People that don't discipline their children, and the kids are running around all over the restaurant ,and the parents are just like.."come here Logan..please sit down and eat your food"..and the kids talk back."NO. I don't want to eat" and continue running and screaming.

UUUGGGHH.
