i don't think you will have any problem as the water you need is for washing & cooking not watering plants & lawns

I really don't think the Level 5 restrictions will impact on your holiday at all.
You probably won't even notice.
Level 5 means no use of council supplied water for any reason outside the house.You can use private tank and bore water how ever you like.
You can still wash the front and back windscreens of your car but that's about it.
Have a great holiday.
The further north you go the easier the water situation is.

They wont impact on you at all...unless you are planning on taking your garden. Just make sure you dont wash your caravan when your here
