its weird because i have been lifting weights for one week and i see a big diffrence but i having trouble with my stomach area ,im fit every where besides my stomach ,i have all my fat their (waist ,belly, and back).i dont run or do cardio well becuz i get bored,how can i stop being bored.help i need help on working out.

I'm about your size, and Ive got a similar problem, although not as stomach oriented. I do however know exactly the right ways to work out, since I have been taking a fitness class. If cardio such as walking/running is boring to you you should try listening to music, or watching television while you do it. There are also many other types of cardio you can do, depending on the equipment that you have; there is the elliptical stepper machine, StairMaster, rowing machine, and bikes/recumbent bikes. Maybe a combination of the above will help you lose weight, and you wont get bored as easily. You may also want to try sit-ups. You can do them practically anywhere, and they aren't too strenuous. Because you get bored. Uh-huh, yeah. Where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, me. That was always my excuse. However, it works really well if you go with a friend or listen to music. I walk about 2 miles (moderate/slow pace) every morning. It takes about 30 minutes. Watch your portions, keep lifting weights, but you need some cardio. I also do taekwondo, which helps. When summer rolls around, you could start swimming also. Here's a list of fun activities that qualify as exercise:
swimming
jumping on the trampoline
hula-hooping
hopscotch
obstacle course
races
fast dancing
I know these seem young, but they're REALLY fun.

Before you do weight you should do cardio, you don't need to kill yourself just think how beautiful you will look if you lose weight that enough can keep you motivated on a treadmill for 20 mins and 20 on an elliptical and that's all you need, believe me. Additional to that, portion control, tons of water and go for a low fat, fat free kind of diets to better your health too it will lower your cholesterol as well as blood pressure. I don't like running either and treadmills bore me (although I do them). Now that the weather is getting nicer, why don't you consider something like rollerblading? Or invest in a jump rope - that's a great way to get some cardio in too.

try listening to music while u run (ipod) or use a tredmill itll make u pumped and less likely to get bored
i suggest techno or sumthing really upbeat

Hey girl,
Do you have a MP3 player?? That might help get you motivated while you are running...Get someone to run with you ...That helps me. Running def. will help with those problem areas.
