Why would a man ask personal questions about a boyfriend? For instance he has checked with me that I refer to him as an ex, he also asked if I was ready for a new relationship. He kept prolonged eye contact with me. After I said yes to both he became very flirty with me. We have been friends for ages and I always get compliments from him and big smiles. He has really put himself out to help me. If he likes me then how much? Is he basically saying he wants to be my boyfriend? Or is he a player? Help please.

I think he wants a relationship with you. He is making sure you're not still "hung up" on the ex, and if you're over him yet.Give him a try....."might be the best thing, since sliced bread!"

firstly how long u been m8s?
secondly are u ready for a relationship
i think it is hard to say wether he is a player if u have known him for a long time he probably has had feelings for u for a while take things slowly don't rush into them if he is a player he won't like this and he may just want u for sex if he wants that littele bit extra like a relationship he will wait for you and till you are ready
if u haven't been split from ur ex for very long don't go into a relationship too soon or everyone involved may well end up getting hurt

I think he wants to go out with you, but would you rather keep him as a friend? I had a friend who wanted to become my boyfriend, but I didn't realise, until I told him I'd got a new boyfriend. I thought he'd be really happy for me, but he was horrible & it ruined our friendship. So, if he wants to change the relationship & you don't, things could become awkward, but if you fancy him too, why not go for it?'
