My best friend just spilled his feelings to the girl of his dreams. He put down all his cards and waited; giving her time to answer. She said she still has feelings for her ex (who is also the father of her two kids). My friend's so heart broken, he's become the angry man he used to be in his teens. The last few months have been the happiest I have ever seen him. I'm taking him out tonight to Olde Towne (Orlando) to get his mind off of her and tomorrow morning, we're going to the gym to work off some more of his frustration. What else can I do for him? Where else can I take him to make him feel better? He used to talk to my sister during hard times but she moved away one year ago and since he never talked to me about his feelings, he's not comfortable starting now (even though he knows I'm willing to listen) so it's been kind of rough for him. What would you do if you had your heart broken? Where would you go? What activities can I do with him to make him forget her?

just tell him that you are there for him and that maybe she isnt the right person for her, i am heartbroken too and it really does suck, expescialy when you make that person your life and there not your no more or you cant have them, just be a great friend to him and make sure he knows that you are there for him and really care about him...mabye try to set him up with a friend of yours or maybe you like him and should try dating him, other than that she is still going to be on his mind and ever lil thing can bring it back up and will just keep hurtting and making him think what else he can do to get her attention it really sucks and really hurts on his part

Sea World or something like that, where he can see other loving things and get lost in "their world". He needs to see nature at it's best, I;m on the west coast, so i don't know what to suggest on your side of the map. But I think he needs to be inspired! There is more for him out there and he needs to see that, it;s not like he dated this girl, he's not heartbroken, he's crushed, and you're a good person trying to help him put himself together.

All i did when my gf broke up with me and i was heartbroken, all i did was mope around until i felt better. Luckily, your friend has someone like you to care for him, unlike i did..... not sure if that answered anything though...
