Because I really want to sleep with Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron at the same time, but I'd have to marry them to do so!! Talk about a sticky situation!

According to wikipedia, it was allowed a few times in Christian religion.

Kirk Cameron is only half the man he used to be so really it's only like sleeping with 1 1/2 men.

No you don't. You're just being obnoxious. Besides, they're both married and I'm sure they're quite happy with their wives.

And furthermore, the reason why "Christian polygamy" does not exist is because marriage is the metaphor by which we understand the relationship between Christ and the Church.

I don't think you'd be able to fulfill your fantasy there girl, because I have a sneaking suspicion that Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron are closeted homosexuals....

Neither christians nor Atheists can marry more than one person at a time (at least in the US).

On the other hand, Atheists can sleep with as many persons as they want to - in sequence or simultaneously.

Come over to the true light of Atheism and indulge your fantasies. After all, you can always go back to your boring christianity if it doesn't work out.

1) Polygamy is a big no-no in Christianity
2) this is proved in the new testament
3) Any true Christian will tell you it is wrong
4) Wikipedia is NOT a reliable source

They probably did a lot of things back then that wouldn't work today. I doubt you are currently a Christian with that thought process. Parents don't make Christians. Each person comes to God in his/her own way and time.

Well actually it would only work that way if guys had more than one wife, b/c you can't carry two different dads babies at the same time.
Who still likes Kirk Cameron? Who in the hell is Ray Comfort?

Really? lol

I say, girl, you gotta live a little. If you're thinking threesomes, you could do sooooooo much better.

I personally would love to be the meat in a Gilby Clark sandwich with a side of Dave Navarro.

Not in the Christian religion it wasn't. (I am not counting Mormons as Christian because they are not. Christians believe Jesus is God) Man is to have one wife just like Jesus has one Church. This is what marriage is patterned after, Jesus and his Church. Everything about Salvation history is geared around the marriage covenant.
