Weed will make depression worse. I've tried it and it does.

Ask to see your family doctor. He can get you started with any medication help and refer you and your family to a good counselor. Keep going to school. Get involve and stay involved in activities at school or church or community groups. Don't isolate yourself from people. Get in some walking, biking. running, or swimming every day this helps on many levels.

Easy to go down that drinking path but this will make your problems worse...you will be adding to them. So many people with mental illness go down that route.

Please go and get yourself some professional help. The starting place is your own doctor who can refer you to the proper services that you need.

You will get a lot of help and support. Please do this now....there are better ways of coping than alcohol and weed....which as you probably already know are depressants...downers they have a physical effect on your brain that will bring you further down. They may make you feel happy at the time but it's afterwards that it makes things even worse.

Best wishes, I hope this helps a bit.

You are a beatifull person, and very smart. Please, don't give so much attention to your body, or the opinion of persons that don´t agree with your values.

The real treassure of a person is inside, and you, asking help, shows that you like to enjoy life, insteed of been sad.

You are not alone, thousend of people feel as you....Even my self, but I ask help to a psycology, and he help me a lot! Can you ask for medical help? Also, I recommend you read books of Transaccional Analisys, of Eric Berne, to undersand more yourself.

It would be cool if you can find a psyco that use transaccional analisys method. It's smart, and quikly.

Let me send you LIGHT & LOVE.

Self-destructive behavior will not help depression. I am not judging you here. I suffer from depression and believe that if I had gotten help when I was your age, my life would have been a lot better.

Please talk to a doctor and get a diagnosis and treatment. Good luck to you.
