shes knee high and barely 11 pounds. the tip of her tail is white

Immediately I thought Tibetan spaniel. I would say She is is predominately one and may have a little mix possibly with Border collie

Aww, cute! She looks like a spaniel mix to me. Like a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix.
Maybe even Cocker Spaniel.

She looks like she has some Brittany and a Tibetan Spaniel in her she might nave some Border Collie.

Looks like maybe some border collie with maybe some cocker spaniel? Just a couple of ideas.

I am not sure at all so I'm only guessing here!! The tail looks a little like Shi Tzu or Pekinese but the head looks like a little daxen or terrier.

does she have beagle mixed with her?thats what i see when i look at her that and maybe a pomaranian

My aunt had a Pomeranian mix that looked like that. Or maybe she's a pappillon mix. She looks a lot like a pappillon.
