why do guys pretend to act mean around girls they like? this guy that likes me acts like he hates me and i dont know why? so why do they act mean to their crushes?

When I met my wife when I was dating her...I was not mean...
I would bye her flowers...for no reason...go to movies....and I did not ever disrespect her...or act mean to her...
The guy you think likes you is just acting like a big shot...
don't waste your time...if a guy really likes you he would treat you like a princess.....I'm 38 ,dated several women in my time and have been married almost 16 yrs..and I've treated them all the same...with respect....

Its hard for guys to express themselves. Especially if the girl is all over them and makes them feel uncomfortable. They get so uncomfortable that they get anxious and then their back gets up and they fight. That is just how guys are. Back off and give him room. You just may find he gets nicer and sweeter. prbly bc they are scared of what u will say if u figure out(or already did, and are trying to pretend they dont) they could also just be sensitive and be trying to cover it up!
