I'm thinking about getting a martini glass and an olive with a toothpick percing through it right above my pelvic area. (name is Olive) Does that sound corny?

Sorry...don't know any ink shops in Houston....and I'm not a guy...but I had to post about tattoos in the pelvic area!
I have a waistband tattoo...if you've been around the tattoo category here at all, you probably know about it already...from center of lower back across hips on both sides dipping down in front and the bottom of the tattoo is less than half an inch above 'the goods'....EVERYONE that's seen it (guys and girls)says it's damn sexy ...but I can also tell you it's one of the most painful tattoos I've had done (I've got 5 so far)....but soooooo worth it! heheh
My last bit of 2 cents...if that's the tattoo you want, go for it...doesn't matter who thinks it's corny or sexy or none of the above....it's your ink and your body.

Texas Tattoo Emporium (www.texastattoo.com) I've had a few friends get work there and it is well done.
As for the location, it can be a great spot for hiding and for (hopefully) less stretching during pregnancy. I have one of mine there and love it.

well im not a guy BUT i got a tat in the same place you want one, my husband loves it, and he doesnt even like tattoos....go to the different parlors there and check out thier health ratings, and call around to see who has the best prices, the one thats the most expensive will proll do the best job, unfortunatley
