"God" has several common names:
Elohim [אלוהים]- a neutral form (not used by observant people)
Elokim [אלוקים]- a "permitted" form of Elohim (used by observant people)
Hashem [השם]- "the name"
Adonay [אדוני]- "my lord"
Ha'el [האל]- "the god"

"be with us" is either "yihiye imanu" [יהיה עמנו], or "yihiye itanu" [יהיה אתנו] (the first is of a higher register and the latter is more colloquial).

I would translate it as "ha'el yihiye imanu" [האל יהיה עמנו].

The name "Emmanuel" (עמנואל, i-ma-nu-el) means "god is with us" [imanu= with us, el= god].
